PekoMiko Land (PKMK) is a combined, chaotic, industrial town dedicated to Hololive members Usada Pekora and Sakura Miko. Due to its chaotic nature, the town's theme changed many times.From freestyle to modern to medieval to mostly Japanese and finally settled for Pekora and Miko related builds.
¶ History
¶ Beta phase
Before the creation of PKMK, There were two different towns known as Pekorastan, for Usada Pekora and Sakura Village, for Sakura Miko.
¶ Pekorastan
Pekorastan was founded on January 12th 2021 by Mantella with 10 members during the first week. The town at that time was described by the founder as:
“A small country surrounded by our Wall Maria all centered around our glorious leader Pekora and only accessible by water.”
During this time, word about the world reset after the beta's ending had demotivated town members. This caused the town to become inactive as many members just waited for the beta to end.
A week after the town was founded, most members had already quit, Shigure241 joined the town because Cpt_Miner (TMT member in beta, SC member after beta) had told him about the town's existence after a PvP fight for a single nether wart. This made Shigure241 the only known active member in Pekorastan during the beta phase, so Flushienime (handle the town system in beta, TMT rep after beta) made him into the representative of Pekorastan.
Two new members also joined shortly after this event:
- Saki
- Acurias
In the end, Pekorastan left the beta phase with 3 members:
- Shigure241 (rep)
- Saki
- Acurias
¶ Sakura Village
Sakura Village was founded on January 19th 2021 by Miizu. The town was described by the founder as:
“A Miko themed town with a replica of her shrine from the Holoserver. Also to fill in the absence of a Miko themed town.”
During the first weeks, two new members joined the town:
- VanishmentTW
- Asyraf39
The town didn't suffer from a decrease in member activity like Pekorastan, but due to the number of members, only a few notable projects were done:
- Sakura shrine
- Miko's modern house from season 1
- Elite Miko BGM note block
In the end, Sakura Village left the beta phase with 3 members:
- Miizu (rep)
- VanishmentTW
- Asyraf39

¶ Server Officially Launch
¶ The beginning
Knowing each other during the beta phase, Shigure241 and Miizu planned to build next to each other but later changed plans to merge into a single town.
PekoMiko Land was officially founded on March 23rd 2021 by Shigure241 and Miizu with 7 members, 6 members from beta, and Nier (ign: WaluigiNight) joined Pekorastan after beta.
The town was planned to be built on a plains biome with a mountain next to it so Miizu could put a shrine there.

One of the first goals of PKMK was to build as many farms as possible, so members could have an easier life later. With that in mind and being one of the most active towns in the server, the town was able to achieve many things during the first week:
- Town hall with waypoint
- A hidden secret in the town hall
- 2 iron farms
- 1 guardian farm
- 1 villager breeder
- … and many more other farms in the first week.
¶ Settling down
With most of the farms now completed, the town went into the next building phase, housing and stuff.
Members started building their houses, some even built war machines with one of the builds becoming a famous landmark of PKMK, the Death Star, built by VanishmentTW.
One major problem during this time was the fact that Shigure241 didn't plan much in advance for the house building phase and just let members build whatever they wanted. This made the town's build pretty chaotic and VanishmentTW's new build, the Star Destroyer, was already in progress which had made Miizu, the second rep, furious. In the end, both reps agree that the buildings should be mostly Japanese or at least, PekoMiko related.
¶ The first border war
On April 22nd 2021, while finding a spot for PKMK's ink sack farm, a PKMK member fell from a high place in Utopina. PKMK tried to raise a war with Utopina, claiming one of the squids in Utopina killed the PKMK member. Tension from both sides was high at that time, with Utopina threatening to build a war machine and unleash a giant Takodachi. Meanwhile, PKMK threatened to bomb Utopina with ICBM armed with nuclear warheads even though they just lived a few hundred blocks away from each other. At this point, one of the members in Utopina, Jimmy (who is now known by the name nussr2) decided to go in for initial negotiations (it actually Utopina members tried to sacrifice him to stop the war).
The negotiation took place in front of PKMK's town hall, with Jimmy from Utopina and Shigure241 as well as Luminus from PKMK. At first, Shigure241 and Luminus tried to kill Jimmy but Jimmy had an elytra while Shigure241 and Luminus only had melee weapons. This forced them to begin the negotiation with Jimmy. The contents of the negotation remain unknown but the war had stopped and both sides continued their regular life, Jimmy returned to Utopina, hailed as a good soldier for managing to survive, while PKMK had what they wanted.
¶ The second border war
Peace returned to PKMK until May 4th 2021, when a PKMK member noticed a large chunk of land had been dug near PKMK and was connected to Utopina. After confronting Utopina about this building, known as The Factory, it became known that due to the fact that the ink sack farm from PKMK could be seen from Utopina, Utopina decided to build their farm area near PKMK with The Factory being one of them. There was a talk between both towns, with PKMK claiming the ink sack farm in PKMK couldn't be seen from Utopina while the factory can be seen, Utopina argued otherwise and that it was reasonable to build there since they couldn't expand anywhere else.
To prevent a new conflict, both towns decided that there would a border to prevent further building in the other town's border. The agreement concluded with these as main agreements:
- Using the river between both towns as the border
- PKMK will be able to expand North East
- Utopina will be able to expand South East
¶ Holomatsuri
In the Holomatsuri event, like many other towns, PKMK had participated. Their contributions were:
- Pekodam and Mikodam
- Miko shrine
- A human launcher, which had claimed many lives by the time Holomatsuri ended.
When the Holomatsuri event came to an end, all the players were asked by the staff to come to PKMK's build area in Holomatsuri. Here, it was revealed that PKMK had been building a secret project on the northeast section of the main world during May 2021. The building was “Skypekora”, a giant 16x16 Usada Pekora's face. The build costed more than 1.2 million wool blocks in total and was one of the largest builds at that time. Players can teleport to the build using the server's /warp command and selecting “Skypekora” as the location.

¶ Secret
As one of the oldest and most active towns, PKMK has many secrets both known and unknown as well as rumors that surround it.
¶ Known secret
- Skypekora: Built during May 2021, Skypekora is considered one of the major secrets of PKMK. The leader of this project is Asyraf39. The players that participated in the construction were: Asyraf39, DiegosoTheBear, Nousagi14, Shigure241, Ultramassao, V0rge and ZetaWing. The secret was kept until its grand reveal at Holomatsuri. However, before the reveal, the building was found by Deshoo while on his way to TMT, and if you had visited Katsys house when the build was still under construction, you were able to see a small black line of Pekora's arrow laugh where it was being built. You can now visit it using the server's /warp.
- Pekora's BGM: Built under the PKMK's town hall by Shigure241. Originally it was able to loop but due to a server plugin the loop function became broken so it was changed to push to play. The button to play is near PKMK's waypoint.
¶ Rumor secret
- ICBM: This rumor appeared when PKMK threatened Utopina during the first border war. The build's location is still unknown but the builder might be Luminous since he was the one to show the ICBM's schematic in PKMK's town channel.
- PKMK is a town proud of its warfare and weapons, but have you ever wondered where the training facility is?
¶ Trivia
- During the first days of the official server, since PKMK had villagers, it was agreed that PKMK will share some of the villagers with other towns around the area like Utopina and Chumbucket. However, this never happened since Utopina obtained villagers from Chumbucket. There were so many unused villagers left at PKMK that Tracer had to message Shigure241 about the villagers that took up much server's resources.
- PKMK's members might work under a lord known as Usada Miko even though they have not realized it. Shigure241 keeps screaming about uniting the world under his lord's name. Miizu and Zer0Abooz… all commit animal abuse without knowing why. Luminus tried to summon a demon but it was stopped before the ritual could complete, you can still see the monster's hands coming out from it's purple portal in PKMK.
- The server used to have a Miizu bot to remind people to stay hydrated.
- The town's road was originally planned to be a 3 wide gap lava road, but then to a combination of light blue concrete, pink concrete, and white concrete. The final version of the town's road ended up being made out of stone bricks.
