¶ HEFSpire
The main town for all Hololive English Fan Server members. Created on August 22rd, 2021, it is the fastest growing town in the northwest quadrant of the map. Surrounded by calm seas and filled with helpful and friendly people, it is one of the more hospitable towns on the server. Late Roman architecture using deepslate and quartz meant to subtly flaunt the wealth of the city while collassal structures flaunt it in a more obvious way. Led by Ninjastahr as Emperor, it has prospered unlike any other town has, and will do so until the end of the world.

¶ The Founding
User Ninjastahr proclaimed the following message into the #hefspire Discord Channel on August 22rd, 2021. It reads as follows:
The foundation of the HEFSpire on the twenty-second of August in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty-One marks the beginning of a glorious civilization, and a day to be remembered for all fans of Hololive English!
Founded upon our ideals of mutual cooperation, we shall strive to work - both ourselves and with our allies - to build a greater tomorrow! We shall become the shining city on a hill, leading those lost in the darkness to the great light of prosperity. Our works shall validate our toils, and our prosperity shall be the proof of our ideals.
Many are flocking to join our burgeoning city, whilst many more shall follow in their footsteps. We shall accept all of those who wish to be one of us with open arms! All we ask in return is the willingness to contribute and work together for our common goal - to be a gathering point for all who enjoy Hololive English, and a prosperous center for the ENpire.
As the HEFSpire grows, so does the ENpire. It is our duty to ensure both flourish!

The first members to swear loyalty to this new political entity were Xela, RoyalDragon, HarunaIzumi, Bonemender, and MorbidlyJr, among others. It was intended to be the center point of all the HoloCouncil towns in the Overworld. With this intention came the creation of the organization known as the ENpire, a loosely bound confederation of settlements (primarily ones dedicated to the idols of HoloEN) working to each other's mutual benefit.
The construction of the town began shortly before the proclamation of HEFSpire. Starting with the Omega Wall that currently surrounds what is now the Central Tower and inner city, the group began work sectioning off a safe area to store resources for the build. After it was completed, the group began simultaneous work on the Central Tower, the Emperor's Palace, and the Holomyth Anniversary Lighthouse.

¶ Political Organization
The Imperial Code of Law, written by MorbidlyJr and Ninjastahr on September 4th, is the earliest form of government that HEFSpire had. It is a combination of several types of documents, from a bare-bones outline of imperial powers, the basics of government structure, basic civilian rights, the standards for military-issue arms and armor, and the process for official citizenship.
The official head of state within HEFSpire is the self-proclaimed Emperor Ninjastahr. The Emperor has unlimited political power within the borders of HEFSpire and its subjects.
The Emperor has a select group of advisors called Principes in which he delegates certain tasks to. As of the time of this writing, there are 9 such Principes, with each leading one department. Those departments are as follows:
- The Department of Agriculture
- The Department of Commerce
- The Department of Defense
- The Department of Foreign Relations
- The Department of Information
- The Department of Infrastructure
- The Department of Resource Management
- The Department of Redstone Engineering
- The Department of Urban Development
The Emperor has the final say on a citizen's assignment to any department. If a Principe needs additional assistance, they may freely ask for support from other Departments, though they are not legally bound to help.

¶ Holomyth Anniversary Lighthouse
On August 28st, 2021, User MorbidlyJr began construction on the Holomyth Anniversary Lighthouse, though it would not gain that name until its completion on September 12th. Towering at 186 blocks, it is the tallest structure in HEFSpire and among the tallest on the server. From the top floor is a fantastic view of the city walls and the southern coast of the island. Although it is quite a climb up to the top, the view is unforgettable.

¶ HEFSpire Central Spawn Tower
Towering at 146 blocks, it is a sight to behold. When Bonemender started construction on August 24th, 2021, it was meant to be the sole skyscraper in HEFSpire; a monument to the engineering feat of the city as a whole. However, due to multiple delays and real-life obligations, the tower was completed on September 28th, after the Anniversary Lighthouse was completed to surpass it. Regardless, it is the first thing new members will see when entering the city via the waypoint, and first impressions are always the most important. This tower delivers just that, with huge pillars of quartz and deepslate floors and walls with an iron and gold ceiling dome, it is an impressive sight for newcomers.

¶ Representatives
The Representatives for HEFSpire are ninjasthar and MorbidlyJr.
¶ Trivia
- During the construction of the walls, there was a small island on the south side of the island in the bay across from the Historical Site. It was made entirely of cobblestone and had very little use before it was taken down in late September.
- HEFSpire is the first nation to not only allow, but encourage the worship of multiple oshi and to have it stated in an official government document.
