¶ Quartz Blossom
The Quartz Blossom requires nine stacks of nether brick block, or 576 nether brick blocks to charge. To open the menu to charge the Quartz Blossom, press left mouse button. Once The Quartz Blossom is fully charged, it may be activated using right mouse button allowing for any quartz ore blocks mined to drop quartz blocks. This is a particularly useful item to have when large quantities are quartz blocks are needed.
¶ Crafting
The Quartz Blossom belongs to the Aki collection and does not have a prerequisite to unlock it's recipe. The Quartz Blossom has a somewhat expensive cost to make requiring:
- One Quartz Block
- One End Rod
- One Emerald Leaf
¶ Notes
- The Quartz Blossom will not activate unless it is charged with exactly 576 nether bricks blocks.
- The Quartz Blossom cannot itself be moved into it's charge menu.
- Putting other items into the menu is possible, but upon closing the menu they'll be returned into the player's inventory or drop onto the ground.
- The Blossom's effect will only work when it is currently being held, more specifically the offhand.
- The Blossom's effect works in tandem with the fortune enchant and can yield up to four quartz blocks per quartz ore block.
- If the Quartz Blossom is used along side a silk touch enchant, the silk touch effect is overwritten by the Quartz Blossom's effect.
¶ Tips
- To charge the Quartz Blossom quickly, seeking a Nether Fortress is a good idea due to the fact they're made entirely out of Nether Brick Blocks.
- It's best to carry multiple shulker boxes when mining for quartz with the Blossom as the fortune enchant will yield lots of quartz blocks real fast.
