¶ Spur
The Spur is an enchantment item that can be enchanted onto bows and crossbows, including the Hoshiyumi. The Spur enchantment gives the speed potion effect when the player charges their bow or reloads their crossbow. After the bow/crossbow is fully charged/reloaded the speed effect wears off. Just like other Holoitem enchantments, the cost to add this enchant is tremendously expensive generally requiring 20 levels.
¶ Crafting
The Spur belongs to the Shien collection and does not have a prerequisite to unlock it's recipe. The spur does however have a somewhat expensive cost to craft requiring:
- One Lever
- One Netherite Ingot
- One Skeleton Skull
- Skeleton heads obtained from the mob head plugin do not count. This means only skeleton skulls from a skeleton killed by a supercharged creeper count.
¶ Notes
- If a bow shoots an arrow or switches items, the Spur's speed effect ends.
- The speed effect from Spur does not give enough speed to make the player move at normal walking when charging/reloading, and instead is a small general improvement to their movement when charging/reloading.
¶ Tips
- The Spur merely provides a small passive buff to speed when charging/reloading and should only be considered if the player can afford the time and resources to make one.
