Utopina was officially formed on January 16th, 2021. They are dedicated to representing and supporting HoloEn's 1st Generation, HoloMyth's Ninomae Ina'nis.
The coordinates for the Utopina waypoint is 816, -2114 in the Overworld.
The town is connected to the greater server via the HoloMyth line between the towns of PekoMiko Land and Vogelstadt.
