Owl Sanctuary was officially formed on August 25th, 2021. It is dedicated to representing and supporting former HoloEN's 2nd Generation, HoloCouncil and HoloPromise's Nanashi Mumei, The Guardian of Civilization.
The coordinates for the Owl Sanctuary waypoint is -3174, -6810 in the Overworld.
The town is connected to the greater server via the HoloCouncil line and the Yagoo Dream line, surrounded by HEFSpire, HoloMatsuri, and Kroniicles.
