Owl Sanctuary was officially formed on August 25th, 2021. It is dedicated to representing and supporting HoloPromise's Idol Nanashi Mumei.

The town is connected to the greater server via the HoloCouncil line and the Yagoo Dream line, surrounded by HEFSpire, HoloMatsuri, and Kroniicles.
