New yOrca City (Formerly Sakamata Resort) was officially formed in December 2nd, 2021. It is a town dedicated to former HoloJP's 6th Generation, HoloX's Fixer, Sakamata Chloe.
Originally, the once called Sakamata Resort were located in a beach like area inspired by a resort. After Rainey took over as the new representative, the town, renamed as New yOrca City, relocated the town to be closer to the spawn area and the HoloDrive railway system as possible. The town is inspired by it's real life counterpart, New York City, and plans for the similar atmosphere on the area is still being developed, despite Chloe psuedo-graduated on January 26, 2025.
The coordinates for the old Sakamata Resort waypoint was hidden to public. After the relocation, the New yOrca City currently has a temporary waypoint located at -3363 70 1404 in the Overworld.
Currently, it is not connected to any railway systems in the server, making the town isolated as of now. The only way to reach the city is either going to Red Heart City, travelling to north, or going to Robocity, travelling to south, both via Elytra.

Rainey took over as the representative of the New yOrca City on December 1, 2024 after Chloe announced that she will be halting activities on her channel on January 2025. Alongside this, the town was renamed in her honor.
