New yOrca City (Formerly Sakamata Resort) was officially formed in December 2nd, 2021. It is a town dedicated to Hololive's 6th Generation, HoloX's Fixer, Sakamata Chloe.
The coordinates for New yOrca City waypoint is hidden to public. In order to access and/or join the town, a member must seek permission to the town representative.
Currently, it is not connected to any railway systems in the server, making the town isolated as of now.

Rainey took over as the representative of the New yOrca City on December 1, 2024 as a tribute to Chloe after she announced that she will be halting activity on January 2025. Alongside this, the town was renamed in her honor.
